Objectives and Challenges
The food business we worked with had one main goal – “Boost their online orders and revenues”. However they faced significant challenges such as:

Strategies Implemented
We created a 4-week project timeline to turn things around by setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting on a weekly basis.

Week 2 – We revamped their entire Menu on both Zomato and Swiggy and aligned them to perfection. Their Menu Score showed significant improvement from 44% on 29th May 2024 to 91% on 21st June 2024, an increase of 107% with the help of images, menu structure, descriptions, and add-ons we created.
Week 3 – We help them set up discounting strategies by analyzing their current discounts in place and market trends.
Week 4 – We analyzed all the performance metrics and provided a report of the entire project.
Results and Metrics
Our superfast execution efforts generated amazing results for our client
- 20% revenue increase from Zomato orders and 40% revenue increase from Swiggy orders as compared to the same time-period in the previous month
- Impressive Growth in Customer Funnel such as
- 5% growth in Impressions (no. of times your outlet is viewed on a platform)
